Does Arco take a cut of our entry fees?

Absolutely not. Arco charges zero ticketing fees. When an archer pays to enter your tournament, the money goes straight to your club. (Note: Standard credit card processing fees from Stripe will still apply, exactly like any other online merchant).

Do we have to pay extra to give the rest of our club access?

No. We don't believe in "per-user" pricing. Your flat annual fee includes unlimited committee and admin accounts. You can easily grant access to your Tournament Organisers, Coaches, Membership Secretary, and everyday volunteers, while using our role-based permissions to ensure they only see what they need to.

What happens if we cancel? Do we lose our club's data?

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. If you choose to leave Arco, your club retains full ownership of its data. You will be able to easily export your archer rosters as standard CSV files before your account is closed. We don't believe in holding your data hostage.

How exactly do entry fees reach our club's bank account?

Arco integrates directly with Stripe. When an archer registers and pays, the transaction is processed securely through your club's connected Stripe account. The funds are deposited directly into your club's bank account on your standard payout schedule. Arco never touches or holds your funds.

Does Arco allow clubs to accept entry fees by invoice or bank transfer?

Yes. While our direct Stripe integration is the fastest way to collect funds, we know some archers and clubs prefer to pay via BACS or manual bank transfer. Arco allows your Tournament Organiser to accept offline payments and manually mark those registrations as "Paid" directly in the Event Control Center, keeping your roster and finances perfectly synced without forcing everyone to use a credit card.

How are refunds handled if an archer withdraws?

If an archer needs to drop out, your Tournament Organiser can issue a full or partial refund directly from the Event Control Center with a single click. The funds are automatically routed back to the archer's original payment method through Stripe, keeping your accounting perfectly clean.
